July 20th-July 24th

While the boys were gone I cleaned. And cleaned. And cleaned. Some might consider that a silly way to spend my week but it so needed to be done and it was nice to be able to clean things without having "help" or being interrupted. 

Chris and I also went out to eat every night except for 2 (we had cereal). I didn't do any cooking. And on Thursday I took the whole day and went shopping in Dayton. I didn't buy much but it was nice to just walk around and look. 

So here are pictures of my nice clean house, before the boys came home and made it look......more lived in :)



On of my biggest projects was revamping the boys playroom. Neither of them are big into toys anymore so I made it into an art/puzzle/game room.  The cubes have all of the supplies. I added our old dining room table and some chairs from Ikea, the rod above the wire cubes is also from ikea and it holds cups that have more supplies (pencils, markers, etc). I really love how it turned out and I'm hoping that they use this room a little more now.
